Claims Policies

1. The maximum time for making claims is 48 hours (after this period of time the claims will no longer be valid).

2. When making your claim, it is mandatory to present support or evidence (photos or videos).

3. After receiving the claim, our team will evaluate the case, and if necessary, make a visit to assess the condition of the property.

4. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS! In the event that our team decides that the case is approved, we will schedule a new visit to perform the initially requested service again.
